To promote capacity-building for local sustainable development and respond to global climate change, taking advantage of finanical and technique support of developed countries, China has already established 27 provincial clean development mechanism (CDM) technology service center, cited from General Director of China 21st Century Agenda Management Center Mr. Guo Risheng at the start-up meeting of Sino-Dutch CDM Capacity Building Project in Nanchang city on Sept 17, as the project's major responsible person.
